How long does it take to get my furniture?

If it is in stock or something on our floor, we can deliver same day or next day. Special orders may take 2–6 weeks depending on the company. Most deliveries take 2–3 weeks.

What does your delivery include?

We deliver and assemble all items, place them in your home, and haul away all trash. We can also haul away old furniture or mattresses upon request.

What kind of financing options do you have?

Option 1: 6 and 12 months no-interest financing through GE Finance (full credit check required). Approval takes just a few minutes via our in-store computer portal. If approved, you can get up to 12 months with no interest.

Option 2: No credit check financing through Progressive Finance. Requires steady employment for at least 6 months and a checking account active for 3 months. A $40 fee applies. Includes 90 days no interest if paid off in full within that period.

You sell Ashley Furniture. What is the difference between you and the Ashley Home Stores?

We’ve been an Ashley dealer for over 20 years. Ashley Home Stores are franchises that sell only Ashley products. We offer many Ashley products alongside other name brands, plus a special Signature Design collection made for independent dealers. We encourage you to compare our prices!

What is your return policy?

Furniture purchased from our floor or inventory can be returned within 4 days for a full refund minus delivery cost. No returns on special orders.

What are the warranties on your furniture?

All manufacturers offer a 1-year warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials. Recliners have lifetime warranties on metal mechanisms. Upholstery frames are covered unless broken by abuse. Foam warranties range 1–3 years. Extended and stain warranties are available—ask a sales associate.

If I have a warranty issue, do I call you or the manufacturer?

You call us. We work with the manufacturer and handle the full repair process for you.

If my furniture is broken but out of warranty, can you help me?

Yes! We’ll help you get it fixed affordably—even if the damage is from accident or wear. We order parts and handle repairs ourselves.

What are your delivery charges?

Local delivery in Mesa is $65. Other areas vary by quote. Phoenix deliveries are over $95.

How much money do I have to put down to get my order, and can I pay the balance when it’s delivered?

We ask for 1/2 down upfront. The balance is due upon delivery. You can pay by credit, debit, or check. If financing, no down payment is required. No co-signer or signatures needed for approved finance promos.
